With the rise of design thinking, taking design to a strategic level and creating design-driven companies have become hot topics. However, change starts with people, and here design can come in handy to bridge across functions and organizations. This session is built around three company perspectives to different facets of designing together in organizations, from designers at Konecranes to customer insights at OP Financial Group, to employee experiences at DNA (selected as the best place to work in Finland in the Great Place to Work survey).
To keep it active, we’ll also have short table discussions and a Q&A session for all of our keynote speakers. Everyone is welcome to this event.
